Super Sic Bo is Evolution’s version of the ancient Asian dice game of Sic Bo (literally “precious dice”) that takes the game to a whole new level.
The basic premise of the game is the same.
Three dice are rolled, with numerous bets and combination bets you can bet on.
This makes the game an exciting challenge in itself, but Evolution has added a series of random multipliers to make Sic Bo even more profitable and fun.
Only certain betting groups qualify for the win multipliers of up to 1000x that are randomly assigned to different betting positions on the board.
In addition, the multipliers are capped on those positions.
I’ve analysed all of the betting positions that qualify for the multipliers and the range you can expect.
I’ve also detailed the playing strategy that will be useful for playing Super Sic Bo, as the strategy differs from traditional Sic Bo.

Evolution Super Sic Bo is streamed from a purpose-built studio area in Riga, Latvia.
The live dealer or presenter sits at a small round table on which a glass-domed dice shaker sits.
There are 3 six-sided dice under the glass dome.
When the betting time has expired, a plate within the Sic Bo dome starts to vibrate, causing the dice to skip around as if on a hot tin plate.
This is to create a random roll of the dice.
A few seconds later the vibrating stops and the dice come to a rest. The upper face showing on each dice becomes the result.
From a betting perspective, with Super Sic Bo, you place bets on the numbers or combinations of numbers that you think the dice will settle on showing.
The minimum bet is £0.10 while the maximum is £2,500.
When we talk about how to play Super Sic Bo, we obviously mean how to bet on the game.
Betting is certainly the most enjoyable aspect of Sic Bo and one that must be mastered to enjoy the full potential of the game.
The more specific the bet, the higher the payout will be.
The highest-paying bet is the Triple, which pays 150:1, and the lowest-paying bet is the even-money Small/Big bet that pays 1:1.
The difference between normal Sic Bo payouts and Evolution Super Sic Bo is the addition of random multipliers to bet payouts of certain bet types.
Let’s take a look to see what that means in reality.
Take a moment to examine the above image.
The top row shows four bets that pay 1:1, they are Small (4-10), Odd, Even and Big (11-17). These bets lose if any Triple is rolled. This row also shows that combinations of 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 4-4, 5-5 and 6-6 are called a Double bet and pay 8:1.
Three instances of the same number are called a Triple, and the payout is 150:1 when you bet on a specific number. For Any Triple, the payout is 30:1.
The second row from the top shows payouts for Totals bets. A total of 9, 10, 11 or 12 is the most likely outcome, with a 6:1 payout.
The third row shows payouts for any two-dice Combinations. The payout is 5:1 in all cases.
Finally, the fourth row shows six dice and says you’ll win 1:1 if you bet, for example, that any of the three dice will be a 4. Your payout increases to 2:1 if you get two 4’s and to 3:1 if you get three 4’s.
The multipliers may seem like they’re completely random when you’re playing the game, but the reality is they’re not. There are predefined rules for which bets multipliers apply and how high the multipliers go, as you can see in the table below.

Worthy of mention. The multipliers are funded by a reduction in the payout odds on the base game.
If you’re more interested in “returns” you’ll get better payouts at a Playtech Casino that has regular Sic Bo.
Just like Craps, Super Sic Bo is a game with a varied house edge on different bets.
The probability of winning a Small/Big bet is 48.61%, as totals 3 and 18 are removed from betting so that’s where the house edge is coming from.
The same goes for the Odd/Even bet. Contrary to what you may read on most other sites, the RTP for Super Sic Bo is not 97.22% R11; that is only the case for these two bet types.
Totals bets are a minefield you must carefully tread, as certain bets feature an awful RTP without the win multiplier.
However, the multipliers can more than makeup for the poor base RTP, as shown in the table below.

Specific Triple such as 2-2-2 or 3-3-3 has a win probability of 0.46% and an RTP of 69.91%. However, this is where the biggest multiplier can kick in, 999:1.
Any Triple is one of the rare bets in Super Sic Bo that aren’t on the lower end of possible payouts for Sic Bo. It pays 30:1 with a 2.78% win probability, so the RTP for this bet is 86.11%. The multiplier is up to 87:1.
Single bet has a base RTP of 92.13% overall. Multipliers can kick in for a Double, up to 19:1, and for a Triple, up to 87:1. It seems like this is a reasonable bet to make since the base RTP is solid, the win rate is high, and there’s a chance of landing a big multiplier.
Double bet, also called a Domino, has a probability of 7.41% and an RTP of 66.67%.
Evolution Super Sic Bo online comes with a really nice set of road maps, that show the previous game results.
They are divided into two views.
This results view shows the last nine results.
For each result, the total number of the three dice is shown.
Below that value of each dice is displayed.
This results view is a more traditional looking road map.
It displays the Big/Small and Tie results. These tend to be the most common bet types and most closely align with Dragon/Tiger type betting.
When presented with a new game I wonder whether there is an effective and optimal playing strategy.
With Evolution Super Sic Bo, I’m doubly curious. There are three things I’m looking for in a strategy.
Let’s examine each to see what’s possible.
This will suit you if you just want to play for a long time.
To get the best returns, you need to adopt a riskier Super Sic Bo strategy.
This involves placing bets on the numbers and combinations that have better payouts than 1:1.
The downside of this is you’re less likely to win, but when you do you make more back.
I like to hedge my bets when playing this Super Sic Bo strategy.
By this, I mean I pick a combination bet and also an insurance bet, so if one doesn’t win the other most likely will.
It’s not guaranteed though — when you win you still have a losing bet that will reduce your overall payout.
I use this structured approach for a good Super Sic Bo strategy — it’s no guarantee you’re going to win, but you’ll have fun with it.
The best bet position for the highest Multiplier up to 999x is the Specific Triple Bet.
If you’re only interested in hitting that, just keep betting on that position for every game ground. The beauty is you don’t need to bet much to win big.
I treat the multipliers like a side bet in Blackjack. It’s a bit of fun — If it hits, you’re in the money.

The number only Super Sic Bo strategy is a simple betting strategy that uses one number to determine where to place your bets.
For Example. If your favourite number is 5, you place a bet on every cell that contains an element of the number 5.
You don’t have to use 5 but you get the idea.
You’re also more likely to hit multipliers with this bet.
These are some Super Sic Bo tricks you can use to improve your chances of winning.
Bet on Big or Small: Bet the total of the rolled dice score, and if you win, the payout is 1:1.
Combo Bets: Make a combination bet by betting on two particular numbers — the average wins are once every seven bets.
No Triple Bets: As you’d need to have the same number on all three dice played, your chances of winning are low and this bet is worth 180:1.
Don’t Use a Betting System: There isn’t really a workable system for Super Sic Bo online, so don’t bother trying to use one, as you’ll most likely get nowhere.
Leave It to Luck: This ancient Chinese game is based around luck, and it’s best to play it with that approach.
All device types can be used to play Super Sic Bo – desktop computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone.
Personally, I think the game is best played on a Desktop or Laptop/Tablet as they give the biggest betting Grid.
Landscape mode on Mobile is fine, especially if you have smaller fingers.

Evolution Super Sic Bo is a game in which multipliers are funded by a reduction in payouts on the base game.

Playtech’s Sic Bo Deluxe offers a very similar experience to Super Sic Bo, but with different multipliers that are most notably much higher for Totals bets.
So, if you’re betting on Totals, it would probably make sense to choose the Playtech version instead.

I’m not going to lie, Evolution Super Sic Bo is not a game that I’d thought I’d enjoy playing.
Bizarrely, it’s not the Multipliers that hooked me, it217;s getting an understanding of and executing a betting strategy that keeps you interested in the game.
I think the presenter has an important role in any live game.
On first look, I217;ve been disappointed they seem bored and have trouble stifling their yawns. This is not a good image to portray.
That aside, I like the presentation of the game, although the shaker noise is a bit loud for me and drowns out the soft voices of the dealers.
It’s one to try, you might enjoy it :-)
In case you were wondering if there are multipliers on other games, Evolution Gaming has a habit of updating traditional games by giving them multipliers, and Playtech released a few as well.
It depends on whether you like the chance of hitting a multiplier and are prepared to accept lower base payouts. But, Evolution Super Sic Bo does offer a much higher chance of winning big and is a more interesting game.
Since this is a game with multipliers, it makes sense to try to take advantage of those multipliers, otherwise, you’d be better off playing some other Sic Bo version. Most successful strategies will revolve around finding the perfect combination of win probability, RTP and possible multiplier.
Super Sic Bo is played in the same way as the normal Sic Bo, except that there’s a chance of landing a multiplier, which is a fact that could – and should – alter your betting strategy.
The RTP of Super Sic Bo depends on what bet you make. Small/Big and Odd/Even bets have the highest RTP of 97.22%, while the two notable bets with high RTP and high multipliers are Totals 7 or 14 (base RTP 90.28% plus a chance to hit a 29:1 multiplier) and Any Triple (base RTP 86.11% plus a chance to hit an 87:1 multiplier).
